Its a web site that has workouts and training routines, some are free and you get more if you buy full training programs that are 6 months worth of workouts. I went ahead and bought one of they're training program since it wasn't very expensive but was wondering if anyone here has tried it. Seems to look good and I'm hoping combined with MFP it will be a hit.

    I bought the xtreme fat blaster workout and started it July 1, 2011. We'll see how it goes. How has yours gone?
