Any recommendations on preparing for a week snowboarding?
I'm currently doing p90x but wondering if the leg routine is sub-par?
Cheers

I would certainly incorporate leng strengthening and core stability work.
How about wobble board squats, or squats on the flat side of a BOSU. Oblique twists with a medicine ball... How much time have you got?0 -
TBH I don't if anything will truly prepare you if it is your first time! P90x legs is definitely a good start as it is great for muscular endurance. I would also include some heavy barbell squats, stiff leg deadlifts and lunges. You can do bulgarian split squats, if you don't have a barbell (dumbells).0
