Any suggestion

Hi my name is Amy. Im getting married in 5 wks and want to lose about 2cm in my hips and tummy. I need someexcercises that might help. Also am i better to do alot of cardio to help this or strength training. I know both are good and that there is no quick fix but which may be more beneficial for me. Im not a larg girl just want to tighten up.

    Both. I would work with a trainer, and be smart about what you are doing. Don't let people tell you that muscle weights more than fat. 5 kg is 5 kg. Fat is just more bulky. When you lift it helps keep the metabolism up.

    A trainer might be good as you have a short timescale and a definite goal, they should be able to help you put together a routine. Personally I would go for limiting calories, and three times a week at the gym doing weights followed by High Intensity Interval Training.
