Hey MFP Friends,
I'm new to MFP. I'm starting the P90 series today. (Wish me luck) I do not have a fitness monitor, so does anyone have any suggestions on tracking my exercise? Plus, I don't want to go over my food calories that are allowed, which is 1240.

You can track your exercise here by manual entry or you could use something like runkeeper0

It looks like I will have to purchase a heart rate monitor to accurately track my calories burned. I just don't want to over eat or under eat.0

Just make sure you eat your exercise calories! So important. Good luck!0
