I have a quick question, I have been doing a routine in the mornings but can't figure out the calories I burn witch I don think is much. I do 25 aquats with knee to elbow and spiderman and leg ups 12 reps per side. how do I mark this or should I still not?

The best way would be to use a heart rate monitor (HRM) that will give you an average heart rate. You can then use this site to calculate your calorie burn: http://www.braydenwm.com/calburn.htm.
If you don't have an HRM, I would log your workout using something similar, like situps or calisthenics for the length of time you workout.
You should definitely track your workouts. This will help you be sure you are adequately fueling your body.0 -
Thanks, i put them under strength training instead, so at least i feel better!0

I believe squats are under Strength Training. And the leg lifts might be too! Some people still list them under Cardio but I'd list it under Strength. Good Luck to you!!!0
