New to the forum and new to the whole calorie counting regime. However having finished day one I think it's going to make my goals that little easier to achieve.
Three weeks ago my boxing trainer set me a goal of 16% Body Fat by the 6th March (was 19.4% at the time). Unfortunately, with the arrival of a new baby my program was somewhat derailed in recent weeks. However I'm back amongst it and working hard at Boxing & PrerSeason football (even squeezing in some Kinect Exercises)............... MyFitnessPal will hopefully ensure that I reign in my diet at the same time!!
My half way weigh in is next Tuesday.............. so its burn time over the next five days. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Congrats on the new baby! A new baby definitely throws your schedule out the window though. Now that you are back to working on things, I'm sure you will find this site very helpful. The people are friendly and full of useful information. Good luck to you!
