Every post on this part of the message board is an inspiration to me. Everyones before and after photos are amazing, thats why im kinda sad I never took a "before" photo, though Im sure i have a photo somewhere i can use....

Thank everyone for their support and knowledge!!

Yes, I highly recommend that. When I started my journey, I never took an official before picture either. Why? I hated to have my picture taken, and plus, I was not sure if I was going to be successful.....well I was wrong. I had to dig up some old picture, but an accurate one I have been told. So now, I am happy and proud to take after pictures.

Im sure i have some pictures that show how heavy i was. my profile pic was taken around the time i started, but it doesn't show the mass of my mid-section. im sure i have one somewhere that will though...

    Good job!

When you're that heavy you tend to run from camera's. I didn't take a before pitcure either. But I found a few of me at the beach and swimming pool. Talk about ouch. I had one of them in my profile for a while but I pulled it back. Maybe later.

It's a necessary evil to look at where you've been so you can appreciate the progress. Like the once great philosopher Butthead said: "Hey Beavis, How do you know if stuff doesn't suck, unless it sucks first"
