I have a friend that is a member here and Weight Watchers. Here weight loss has stalled because she is not eating all her calories (or WW points). But she says she is full and doesn't know how she could eat more. Do you have any suggestions? I suggested eating more nuts, but she's allergic. I also suggested avocados and higher fat milk & cheeses rather than skim & non/low fat. What are your thoughts.

legumes, are they considered nuts and is she allergic to them or nuts??

what about sun butter? that's made from sunflower seeds and is GOOD stuff.

i would say she should incorporate more regular grainy breads, etc. but don't have her do full fat milk/dairy... that's saturated fat and is a no no.

more meat would be a good calorie increaser too....

Hey, Those are all good suggestions that you have. I would also reccomend things such as: If she has oatmeal to make it with milk instead of water, maybe try having something higher calorie for a snack like reduced fat cheese verses vegetables or fruit, try having salad dressings that are light instead of fat free, maybe she likes dried fruit (this would add up in calories faster than regular and I know the new weight watchers doesnt count fruit but what about dried fruit?
She could also try a more dense cereal like granola for breakfast.
    Hope this helps!

maybe a glass of fruit juice that's 130 cals dried fruit is higher in cals than fresh fruit and the simple things like you said swapping the skim for semi skim or even whole milk
