Enough fiber???

I don't feel like I am getting enough fiber. My fiber goal is 14g. I am usually just a few grams under or over but is 14g enough???

    Mayo Clinic recommends 25 grams for women and 38 for men daily.

    Yea, I would definitely work on increasing that number.

    I concur...I dont think that 14g is enough. I aim for 25g or higher..depending on the day..But remember to increase your fiber gradually as it can cause stomach cramps, etc.

    Fiber One Cereal is awesome and Kellog's fiber bars are soooo good. The dark chocolate almond is soooo good.
