    I got out of bed at 6 am to do Jillian Michael's 30 day shred. I DID NOT want to get up...super tired. But I told myself that I'd feel a ton better once I did it so I got up. And guess what? I DO fell better!

    I got up and did 40 min on the treadmill and drank 4 glasses of water. I will run 3 miles this afternoon for my training program. Feeling good..

    Upper body prison routines at work. Then had a grilled chicken salad. Plus already drank 12 cups of water so far.

    Then trolled some of my clients to relieve the stress they were creating for me.

    Stress free day, imo.
