low carbs???

I really need sum help guys... I am 5"8 and weigh 250 lbs..... I'm finding it very hard to lose weight, can you guys shed some insight regarding how to lose some weight. I'm thinking about going really low with carbs but I don't know how much I should limit myselt too. I exercise everyday by walking 45 minutes.. HELP HELP HELP

  • Try 40 grams a carb per day. See if you lose weight. If you don't lose move it down 5 the to 35, for the following week and see how you do. Don't go lower than 25 grams.
