use of leftover turkey breast? turkey pie?

Hoping someone has a lower cal recipe for turkey pot pie or a recipe for turkey breast pieces. Cleaning out the freezer and want to cook something here and not go to the store

Turkey Soup using whatever you have in the fridge.

Here's a simple low cal turkey pot pie recipe

Turkey stew?

3 cans cream of chicken soup (low sodium/low fat if you can get it)
turkey
carrots
potatoes
corn
green beans
sage
thyme
black pepper

I throw it all in the crock pot (corn and beans go in in the last hour) for 8-10 hours. If it needs thickening, I use a bit of flour. I find that the stew helps to avoid that "dry leftover turkey" feel, and cooking it for so long makes it incredibly tender.

I love serving it in bread bowls made from a kaiser roll... it feels extra fancy that way

If your doing lunch, I love turkey on wheat tortilla add tomato, lettuce and avocado, the drizzle some F.F. Italian Dressing on it, its sooo yummy!
