Please help me I have stopped loosing weight

When I started MFP back in October I went with the default values of 1200 and did not mess with micronutrients and did not understand eating exercise cals back. I was loosing one lb a week

In November after meeting great people here and stating that I was doing p90x I changed my calories to 1490 I believe I changed my micronutrients but cannot remember to what. I still did no quite understand the whole eating your cals back so some days I was eating some of them and some days I was not. But I was still loosing one lb a week.

Than the holidays came, I gained two pounds by the beginning of January had lost the two pounds that I gained. Still have calories set to 1490 but changed micronutrients to 50%carb 25 Protein and 25 fat.

The whole month of January I have been yo-yoing betweeng 150 and 151 it goes up and then it goes down. Not sure what is going on why I am not loosing a lb a week like I was before.

So today I checked my BMR here on the site and it says 1368. Should I set my calories below that? Maybe 1300 do you think that would help me start loosing weight again? I have been eating at least half of my exercise calories back sometimes more than half so not sure what is going on.

Any suggestions will be great thanks

    Well, normally I would say add some strength training, but you are doing P90X, so I know you already do that :) I would set it to 1300, and zigzag your calories. 1300 one day, 1400 another day, 1250 one day, 1300 another day. Sometimes that helps trick your body a bit. Good luck my friend!
