I think 10 lbs is awesome and as others have mentioned, you don't say where every began their journey so they may have had more to lose, higher metabolisms, more water weight to drop from the get go.
Either way, I think you'll find going at your own pace and doing it the healthy way like you are will guarantee the weight stays off.0 -
As many have already said, 10 lbs in 5 weeks is GREAT! They say 2lbs per week is healthy and at 5 weeks, you're right on! Your friends will probably hit a plateau soon and all a sudden if you keep up your hard work it will start melting off. Don't give up on yourself you're doing AWESOME!0
