Hello from Arkansas

Hey there...my name is Rachel and I'm 41. Never been married and have no kids. I have been battling a weight issue since I was a teenager, and have yo-yo'd since that time frame. This time I want to do it right...and keep it off.

Have been using MyFitnessPal now for about 2 weeks. A friend told me about it and it fits right in with a program I was already doing. I just find it really easy to use an online place to track my calories and exercise. I have lost 3 pounds since using the site and 10 pounds since Jan. 3.

I have an overall goal in mind but if I can lose anywhere from 20-25 pounds using this tool and also doing the program that I am doing at work that would be great. I am currently in a "Biggest Loser" program at my work and it is going great! :glasses:
