Can't walk or exercise

I am having a bad week!! Over the weekend I started to get a UTI (Urinary Tract Infection) and then on Tuesday my back went out so I have been sitting around doing nothing, but taxes :noway: ! I have a chiropractor appointment today, hopefully this doc is as good as the one that I would see back on MN. One time and he would have me right as rain! I hate trying to find new doctors! The one that I saw for my UTI seemed very good, so I was pleased with that! Next week will be better!!

    do not worry i have osteoarthritis and i spend most of the week on the sofa, but i do heavy cleaning for a living at weekends i do 4 hours a day so other than that i do no real exercise, i am losing weight my blood pressure is good as is my resting heart rate
