SO I weighed myself on Sunday and then I weighed myself today and the scale says I lost 4 pounds? Is it water weight or pounds. Either way I am happy to see 4 pounds off the scale.

Probably a bit of both actually. I also weight quite different from week to week but it all averages out in the end. Just remember this week fondly for the one where you won't lose much!0

have you just started exercising? if so - this initial large weight loss will mainly be water retention aka water weight0

no I am starting to work out tomorrow but I have not eaten any fast food for over a week and changed my eating habits.0

Hi Danielle! For me it is much easier to focus from month to month. I do weigh myself everyday but when I focus on week to week it can get discouraging since our bodies fluctuate so much.
But just changing your eating habits, and ridding yourself of fast food will drastically change your weight, especially from the sodium content.
So keep up the great work!0
