Recipe Builder question

Hi-I'm new to this site so hopefully I am on the right board to ask this question. I am trying to build some recipes, but the measurments have me a bit confused. Is there way to just enter things as cup, teaspoon, tablespoon-when I try now it wants me to give the miligrams, mili-liters and so on for my ingredients. I am probably missing something or doing something wrong, but for the life of me I can't figure out what!

    I'm not sure I understand what's happening....

The ingredients in recipes can be entered by you, too...

Are you using a phone App? Because I can't figure out how this problem could be happening in a regular PC OS.

There is a setting under "My Home" in "Account Settings". If it says: "Switch to English Measurements" then you need to select it. For English measurements (ie: cup, Tbsp, etc) the option will say "Switch to Metric Measurements", meaning you are in English measurements.

I know this sounds confusing... sorry. It's a confusing toggle.

    Hope it helps.

If she is entering the ingredients, then I could understand the Metrics mix up. But that would have changed her weight loss goal to kilos instead of pounds, too. One would think that would be annoying!

But if you use ingredients already in the database, the numbers stay the same as when entered.
