Ok, it's late but I just have to post this AMAZING concoction I just whipped up post-workout.

Let me start off by saying that I don't work for this company, blah blah... I just love the stuff! It's not gritty, it doesn't stink, no "whey" aftertaste and doesn't have alot of "junk" ingredients.. it's sweetened w/ stevia.

It's Jay Robb's Protein powder!! I had been using the chocolate kind with some milk and instant coffee for my "Cafe mocha" shakes... but upon someone else's suggestion.. sorry I can't remember who ya are and frankly I'm too tired and lazy to look ya up  Anyways... I just made the most amazing ...

   :heart:

"Pumpkin Pie Shake!!"

Used vanilla packet of powder, 2 Tbs pure pumpkin puree, 6oz milk, some cinnamon, nutmeg & allspice (I don't know how much.. prob tsp cinnamon and a dash of the others), and a packet of splenda because I like things sweet. Shook it all up and it smelled sooooo yummy... I thought it couldn't possibly taste that good... but was fantastic! Creamy vanilla.. pumpkin pie... I would have loved to have whipped it up in the blender w/ some crushed ice but it's after midnight here and apartments have thin walls... :grumble: I think I'll have another in the morning... maybe I'll toss some instant coffee into this one... it'll be like a Pumpkin Spice Frappe from Starbucks!

I can definitely drink these shakes everyday to keep my protein intake up. I was feeling so bummed that I wouldn't be able to consume enough protein but I feel so empowered now!

Just had to share!

Ok... time for bed
