Before and "current" (almost there) pictures

I've been using MFP to track my calories, exercise and weight whilst I follow the UK "Cambridge Weight Plan".....

I am hoping to continue to use MFP and start doing more exercise (and maintaining successfully) once I get down to target weight

OK - here goes .... Pictures of 2010 versus 20th January 2011.

The first two black and white photos are on day 1 - 24th Nov 2010
The "after" pictures (hope you can tell) are on Jan 20th 2011 (approx 8 wks), almost 2.5 stone lighter.

I am now another few pounds lighter and hoping for a good weigh in tomorrow....

Maybe try uploading them to photobucket again? It looks like you did the code right, but photobucket is saying there's no such picture. If you want to post the links, I can try to post the pictures for you! You need to have [ img] [ /img] in front and behind each photo (minus the spaces I put in).

It's the spaces in your folder name. This should work:

(just click on the link, or copy-paste into a new tab).

    updated montage

    UPDATE: FRIDAY 4th FEB
Well, I was good at the Pub last night; 3 ½ pints of soda water. Had good pre-weigh in at home and then my official weigh in was... -6lbs in last 8 days.,, including last Saturday (4000kcal day). Current weight now 14st 4¾ .... Start weight 17st 4, so, just ¾ lb off my 3 stone loss now.
Next target weigh in is going to be around 15th February – before the next meal out to look forward to after this weekend.
I have now gone below my first target of 14st 7lb. My “lets see what I feel like” target at 14st 0lb is not far off either now.
So, to date my losses since 24th November (72 days... so 10 weeks 2 days) are:
    2 St 13¼ lb
    Belly: minus 7 inches
    Waist: minus 5 ¾ inches
    Chest : minus 5 inches
    Neck: minus 1 ½ inches

But to get to correct BMI of 25 I would need to get to 13St 2lbs..... not sure about that!

Last picture was taken about an hour ago.....
