Beyond the plateau...

Hi all, I am fairly new on here, having joined in January. The site suits me better than anything else, and since new year I have lost 10lb as part of my target to eventually reduce weight by 23lbs and get back to the shape I used to be! I seem to have reached a plateau, and am struggling to push through it - my calorie limit is 1350, and so far I have never exceeded that. I understand there is no substitute for exercising on a regular basis, and I regularly walk for 2-3 hours per day, sometimes adding over a 1000 to my calorie allowance, although I haven't used it all yet! Some days my net calorie total is very low. Any tips for getting past the plateau phase greatly appreciated..

Best regards, David

I have heard that "zig-zagging" your calorie intake helps. Keeping the same amount of calories per week just dropping and raising them each day. You can google it. :)
