Has anyone ever used these during yoga? Despite washing my mat numerous times (with vinegar) to get the slippery film off, I still find I slip around sometimes. A friend of mine mentioned that she saw yoga gloves and socks, but she hasn't used them. So, thoughts? Are they worth it? I found some online for about $15 for gloves, and $15 for two pair of socks.

I have yogapaws. I don't know if you have heard of them. I've just started out with yoga and my instructor recommended me with with them as I'm currently moving around a lot, so rather than taking a matt with me all the time I just take my gloves and socks.

I know my boyfriend likes using socks for traction. I have seen both the socks and gloves for a good price at Target. I prefer a non slip yoga towel on top of my mat. I haven't had any slippage issues since investing in a few of those. Very cheap at Marshalls, etc.0
