    breakfast wrap;
    1 whole large egg
2 large egg whites (you can use 3 egg whites to reduce cals if desired)
    1/4 green pepper chopped
    1/4 red pepper chopped
    3 mushrooms finely diced
1 grimms flax seed or whole wheat whole grain wrap
    2 tbsp salsa
    salt/pepper to taste
    2 slices butterball turkey bacon
    pam olive oil cooking spray

15 mins to make easy meal around 370 cal, if u want to save more use 3 egg whites instead of 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites, less time if you microwave the eggs/peppers/mushrooms although I recommend cooking them to get the most vit D from them.

    1 boiled egg, 10 almonds, 1/2 apple & 4 oz orange juice. = 300 calories
  • Try this

Bagel Thins - 110 calories (toasted of course)
Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese - 30 calories per 1 oz
    --
    total is 140 calories

    or you can try

Assuming you are using a nonstick pan and favorite cooking spray. Also assuming you drain the fat from the bacon.
Bagel Thins - 110 calories (toasted of course)
    2 egg whites - 30 calories
    1 slice of thin/small (15g) of tomato - 3 calories
2 Pan Friend Bacon Slices - 80 calories
    --
    total is 223 calories

    or you can try

Bagel Thins - 110 calories (toasted of course)
    1 slice of thin/small (15g) of tomato - 3 calories
    1 lettuce leaf (assumption) - 1 calorie
6 slice of Plumrose Deli Ultra Thin (variety, I prefer honey) -- 45 calories
1 tbsp of kraft fat free mayo (yes it taste good) -- 11 calories
    --
    total is 170 calories

Now if you want a drink with that

Try the sugar free drinks that ranges from 0 to 15 calories per serving

    or make a smoothy

    I like to use

1 cup of carrot juice -- 90 calories (varies)
    6 strawberries -- 12 calories
    1/2 of a small banana -- 36 calories
    ---
    total is 138 calories

There are some delicious options out there, you need to be prepared -- which is the hardest part :-/

I love the bagel thins! I get the whole wheat ones and put a packet of equal on it with some cinnamon and spray butter. YUMMY! I know some people don't "do" equal, but I love me some sweets and I've grown up with it. Breakfast is only like 110 Calories! Sometimes I'll also eat some fruit (grapes, banana, grapefruit, strawberries, etc.)
  • Bagel thins are the best or you can also use the flat bread for 100 calories.

We make killer bacon burgers with cheese..again, drain oil and use cooking spray.

3 oz of ground beef (95% lean) -- 145 calories
    2 slice of thin/small (15g) of tomato - 6 calories
    2 lettuce leaf (assumption) - 2 calorie
2 Pan Friend Bacon Slices - 80 calories
1 tbsp of kraft fat free mayo - 11 calories
1 slice of Kraft Singles Fat Free American Cheese Slices - 30 calories
    1 bread thin - 100 calories
    --
    total is 374 calories.

I am sure you can modify the recipe to be even less. But so enjoyable.

Anyone heard of Walden Farms zero calorie products. Their salad dressing is not bad, but am wondering if anyone tried their other products. Mostly curious about the BBQ, Mayo, and Ketchup.

    This weekend I had

1 - 100 calorie Nature's Own Whole Wheat Sandwich Round
1/4 cup of Egg Beaters - scrambled w/ a couple of sprays of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter
1 wedge of garlic & herb Laughing Cow Cheese

I toasted the sandwich round & spread it with the laughing cow & then put the scrambled egg on it. It was an awesome egg sandwich for 165 calories.

    5 minutes, 300 calories:

instant raisin & spice oatmeal w/ 1/2 cup vanilla soy milk and a dash of cinnamon, one hard boiled egg, and coffee with fat free french vanilla creamer

i hard boil and peel the week's eggs and keep them in the fridge, so even if i don't have time for the oatmeal, i can just grab an egg and a cereal bar and go :)
