Getting the right amount of cals?

I'm wondering if I am getting the correct amount of calories. I don't want to reverse my progress by decreasing my metabolism. My goal cals is set at 1300 but I usually get about 400 burnt cals from cardio 6 days a week (this does not account for my strength training sessions either). I still only eat around 13-1400. Should I be consuming those extra calories that I burnt off? My net usually ends up looking to be around 1000-1100.
