snow peas
At the Aldi this morning, they had packages of fresh snow peas (in the pod) that looked marvelous. I don't know if they are the same thing as sugar snap peas, but they look the same. Anyhoo, I bought them, but just realized I have NO IDEA how to cook them. The only way I"ve ever eaten them is either in a restaurant or in a frozen mixed vegetable microwavable thing. Can anyone give me guidance on how to make these now that I've bought them?
Thanks a million!

I'd probably just eat them raw but I'm sure you could steam or microwave them with a little bit of water.0

Dip them in hummus or they are great in salads and stir-fry.0

I sautee them with a little olive oil and onion and garlic, or just season them with salt & pepper. If you dont want to use olive oil try to "sautee" them in either chicken or vegeable broth. They only take a munite or two to cook so dont walk away and leave them. They are really yummy.0
