yesterday went well... nothing exciting to report. didn't binge, so that's good. here is to a binge free weekend!

    well i had oatmeal, a banana and milk for breakfast instead of going down to the coffee shop and porking out for 3 hours while i do the crossword. i don't know what to do with myself this saturday now lol. i'm going for a walk and going to get groceries, but this week i am going to try something new: eating lunch before i go. shocking. but hopefully it will help me resist stopping at wendy's like i normally do, and keep me from impulse shopping for food... tonight i have porkchops, rice and broccoli planned, and i am looking forward to the dinner, so hopefully no opportunity to binge... let's see what happens!
