I stoped tracking and excersizing in the months of Nov. and Dec gained more then 20 lbs. Its been about three weeks of tracking my food and excersizing. This is about the time I hit my wall. I dont see or feel a differance and the number on the scale isnt droping like I want it too. This is normal for me, I know that the change will not happen overnight. Its just sooooo hard to get over this little hump (aspecialy when it happens every couple of weeks). I am not going to stop I know that getting healthy is what Im doing and thats most important!!! Are there others that experiance this and do you have suggestions to help keep me pumped!!

Heck ya this happened to me too! You are probably toning up and that is why the scale doesn't change much. Keep on going you will see the changes soon! Take pictures and start measuring yourself for the times that the scale doesn't seem to change.

I have this exact same thing - I'm not noticing any significant difference and it's so demoralising. But like you, I'm determined not to give up! I think these are the times when it's a psychological battle - mind over matter and all that!

I'll keep going if you will. :)

    Cheers,

I've hit two walls so far while on my diet. As long as I power through them, I go back to losing weight. I'm losing steadily now and almost at my goal. It's all about not giving up!

Stay the coarse! The changes are worth it. Everyone of them.

Try eating less processed food. Eating fresh, healthy fruits and vegetables, whole grains, lean meats and low fat dairy will help your body function properly. It will also reduce the amount of sodium and refined sugar you consume, both of which hinder weight loss. Make sure you're drinking at least 8 glasses of water per day. Finally, try to be more consistent with the amount of calories you consume. Being under one day doesn't really make up for being over the day before. Eat your exercise calories and stick to your daily calorie goal.
  • I, too, am very frustrated. I have tracked everything and I am working out 6 days each week. The scale is not moving. I don't understand.
