2 c. dry oatmeal
2/3 c. nuts, chopped
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. honey
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. raisins
Optional - coconut

Microwave in large low dish 12x8 inch.
Add nuts, brown sugar, oats, honey and vanilla. Cook on high 5 minutes. Stir twice during cooking. Add raisins and coconut. Cool completely. Stir to crumble mixture. Store in airtight container.

****WE DID NOT HAVE A PAN THAT WOULD FIT IN THE MICROWAVE, SO MY KIDS AND I MIXED EVERYTHING TOGETHER AND PUT IT IN THE OVEN AT 400 FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES STIRRING 3 TIMES THROUGHOUT. THEN WE LET IT COOL AND PLACED IT IN A TUPPERWARE CONTAINER. ALSO - WE USED COCOA ALMONDS AND A CRANBERRY RAISIN BLEND. NO COCONUT (BUT BET IT WOULD BE REALLY GOOD)
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS RECIPE!!!
