Ohmygod. I don't know how many of you have done this, but I just started level 3 of Jillian's 30 day shred today. You know how in level 2, where she says "I want you guys to feel as though you're going to die"? Well in level 3, I think she is actually trying to literally kill me. My thighs have been burning for like 30 minutes and I couldn't even do the full amount of all the exercises! Did anyone else have this much trouble starting level 3?

Oh god, I'm already burnt out on day 3 of level one! I must really be out of shape. I'm going to progress to level two after 10 days, and then level three after 20. The one question I have is, as you get several days into the level, does it get any easier? Because right now I'm growing more sore by the minute! 27 days to go....0

Level 1 and level 2 got easier, I did about 10 days on each and by the end felt pretty much ready to move up (then I move up and instantly believe that I should have spent another day, or 2, or month, or year on level 1...or the couch...haha I can hardly move!) It gets better, though--I def have way more stamina, etc, than I did when my out of shape butt started level 1 (not that I'm in shape now, but WAY better...). Stick with it! (I say as I retire to my bed to surround myself in heating pads....lol)0

I did Level 3 for the first time today too. AND I walked for an hour. My legs hate me. HATE. ME. And Level 3 was insane. I really do think she is trying to kill me with all that jumping. I hate her.0

Oh man...now I'm scared..! I'm on day 6 and I'm still on level 1.....! Hang in there!0

This is too funny. My oldest son is terrified of Jillian Michaels. He would totally agree that she was the devil.0

I'm on day 3 of level 1 too! Do you find it's getting any easier?0

Levels 2 and 3 are hard! Try combining both of them. That will definitally kill you. Good luck!0

I'm scared. I just started Level 2 a few days ago and I feel like I might die.0

I move to level 2 tomorrow. When I started level 1 I was in pain for 5 days but pushed through everyday. After that I was fine but kept with it, so I'm sure (at least I'm hoping) level 2 and 3 will be like that too! haha0

I'm doing level 3 for the first time in about an hour! Hopefully I will still be able to take the dog on a walk after the devil gets me.0

hahaha, I'm on day 9 of level 3. It gets easier, i promise. My first day all my blog said was "today i started level 3 .... i hate it" LOL
It really does get easier though (like the other levels did for you). It doesn't seem like it will, but it does.
However, i still have a ***** of a time with those sumo squats. kill me now.0 -
Haha, those plie ones nearly killed me! I could do maybe 1 for every 2 she did! I was seriously concerned I was going to land and keep going down b/c my legs felt like rubber!0
