Is there a pedometer conversion to figure out calories burned, or maybe rough distance?

Nvm. I found a site that say average male stride is 2.5 feet. So I can just multiply the steps and go about 100cals/mile0

Hi there.
You may want to check out Omron pedometers. I've got the HJ-113 model.
You enter your weight and stride length..and it displays number of steps, number of aerobic steps with minutes, calories with amount of fat burned and distance.
You aim for 10,000 steps a day...which is the equivalent of 5 miles.
It keeps the totals for a week...and you can cycle back through them to check your stats.
Good luck!
