This is a fantastic site. I've kept food journals before but got tired of writing everything down. Having caloires, fat, protein and weight calculations figured out instantly every day is an excellent motivator for me. I can see at an instant where I'm going wrong(too many snacks) or too little calories. I really believe this will finally get me back on a steady weight loss plan. The older you are the harder it is to lose.

Not sure how old you are, but I have to agree. Right when I hit 36, holy cow! I used to be able to just drop a few pounds in a week or two. Now it's a total struggle and I have to work out way harder than before. Well, at least as far as getting older goes....everybody's doing it!
