Of course some people want to gain weight! Some are just naturally thin and want a little more fullness. Some are athletes looking to add muscle mass. Some folks here are recovering eatng disordered people who are trying to get back to a healthy weight.

The thing they have in common is that all of them want to gain HEALTHY pounds - not fat! Healthy lean body tissue as opposed to unhealthy adipose visceral fat that threatens your longevity.

Hard to imagine, I know, but it's true!

i know what you mean, but i think you need to be a little bit more respectful of those who are stuck on the opposite end of the spectrum. some people are recovering from potentially life threatening conditions, and it is very difficult being in a situation like that. we need to support everyone on this site whether they are trying to gain weight or lose weight.
