Hi everyone, I'm 24, in the Army and I'm proud to say I've lost 28 lbs since I've started my new workout/diet plan. I started out weighing 207 and now I'm 179. The Army wants me to weigh 168..... I haven't weighed that much since I was in high school.... or even at the end of basic training. Feel free to add me. I'd gladly share workout tips and enjoy the support!
