I know alot of us are wearing our HRM's now when exercising, so just thought I'd throw this out there--don't forget to update your weight as you're losing!
I hadn't changed mine since I got it a month ago and have lost 15 pounds since then!
It finally dawned on me yesterday to update my weight on the dang thing, so I did--BIG DIFFERENCE!
The same ride that a couple of days ago showed me burning 450 calories today showed me burning....drum roll please.....210 :grumble: :grumble: :grumble: :grumble: :grumble:
Remember, as you lose, you will burn less for the same amount of exercise!
Yes, I know--it sucks:grumble: :grumble: :grumble: :grumble: :grumble: :grumble:
Thankfully, I get a pretty big difference just in my daily calorie reduction, so this hadn't impacted my weight loss--although given a couple more weeks set at my old weight and it surely would have!
So, just a friendly reminder to all HRM wearers to keep all your data in those things up-to-date
