I've been trying to lose weight for about 2 months now to no avail. I've been thinking that a food journal would help me know how much I am really eating, and boy was I surprised! I've been working out hard for at least the last month, and I could very well be gaining muscle and losing fat, but my clothes weren't fitting any different and I didn't feel like I was getting toned at all; I'm hoping to discover that calories have been the problem I am definitely more aware now of what I'm eating and it's been great. I feel more in control now, and I love that I can get the app on my phone.

  • Same for me! I had been journaling but me thinks it wasnt as accurate as I had thought.. lol I love this site! So much better than trying to journal paper and pen with no accuracy and no support!
