In need of some motivation..

so today hasn't been a bad day, I think I ate pretty well today. This little thing at the bottom said in 5 weeks I'd be 176 if I ate this way every day (we all know how accurate that is..haha)

I took Zumba tonight, which was AWESOME! I looked in the mirror, and everything just went down. I'm a lot bigger than I have every been. I want to lose about 50lbs by May 10, that's about 100 days. I keep thinking I can't do it. GRR. It's frustrating sometimes how much I tell myself I can't do it!

    Hello there!!! Well I want to lose 50 pounds by June so I know how you want to reach your goal badly. I just say think positive and set yourself mini goals..maybe for every week or every two weeks...you can do it, we will do it!

    my favorite saying---commit and you will succeed. Stick with it. You have to want it reallly bad.
