Just starting MFP and P90x

Hi everyone,

I am just getting started and so far this looks great! I began the P90x Lean program on 1/31. Does anyone have a good suggestion as to how to track the exercises on here? I would really appreciate any help or advice!

    I am on day 9 of p90x. I love it so far. This is what I do go under Exercise tab, then under that you'll see my exercise and there you can create an exercise. You can name it I just put "p90x" and add the calories you burned - best way to know that is a heart rate monitor. The average workout for p90x burns about 600. Some dvds burn less some burn more but, roughly 600 cals. Hope this helps. Keep up the great work - I keep focusing what day 90 will be like. :)

    Thanks for the info. I'm excited to finally be working towards something again! Tomorrow is Day 6 and everything is already killing me, (especially my abs, which after 4 kids are practically non-existent!).
