does anyone have any suggestions for post workout meals? Ideally quick and under 350cals.

I normally have a shake post-workout. I prefer Shakeology, but I also like protein shakes.0

Protein shakes are great for that purpose. However, if you do not choose a shake, you want to have protein, lean protein that is.0

Put 6 oz of Greek yogurt, half a banana, one tablespoon of peanut butter, and half a cup of almond milk in a blender with a couple of ice cubes. Blend and enjoy!0
