so, i waitress on the weekends and I know I potentially burn a ton of calories doing it. however, today i went to an "activity calorie burning calculator" and it said i burned 1700 calories during my shift today! can that possibly be right? because there is no way i can eat 1700 extra calories. i have enough trouble eating that much anyways! haha

i would suggest you change your daily activity level up one level, if you havent already accounted for your job.

The only way to truly know how many calories you burn is to wear a Heart Rate Monitor.

I also suggest you up your activity level to reflect your job and not count that as "exercise."
