Calories burned working in a concession stand

I occasionally work concessions at my son's high school, generally 3-4 hours of being on my feet, constantly moving. My normal activity level is low because I work a sit-down job, so on the days I work the concessions, I would like to get credit. I don't sweat or do a lot of heavy lifting so I don't want to get too much credit for the effort.

What do you suggest? Use cooking or food prep as the activity?

I would use cooking for 1/2 hour or even though you are not constantly walking a better choice is try to figure out the time you walk, lets say 1/2 hour out of the 3-4 hours and use 3 to 3.5MPH as your speed. I have also worked concessions and you are constantly moving but shorter distances. It is figuring out the right combinations for your excersise log, because I workout 4 to 5 times a week for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes I probably would not log concessions at all.
