I never hit my carbs but I am always over my protein allowance... I cant see that as a bad thing as I am eating lean protein a lot of which come from cottage cheese and lean meats. I never hit my fat allowance either... Is that a bad thing?

To me personally, it sounds like a good plan. I keep my carbs around 85 a day and protein around 125, and fat around 20.0

It is a good plan, espcially if you want to lose weight. Protein is more filling than carbs and your body burns more calories by just digesting it. Also by combining it with strength training you will build more muscle. Building more muscle helps fat loss as muscle cells burn twice as much calories than fat ergo raising your resting metabolic rate. Good luck with the dieting.
EDIT: Any excess protein your body will just excrete, it doesn't harm your kidneys/liver etc, this has been disproved.0 -
Me too, but make sure you keep your water intake up. Too much protien isn't good if your not flushing your system.0

I am only on day 4 but I have exactly the same issue - I'd soon be over my protein than fat or carbs BUT I am trying to balance it a bit more...0
