Periodization Training

I see so many people here doing some serious training and exercisehere, I thought I introduce a concept called periodization for those who are interested in setting up a trainings plan. The concept is tested, proven and used by most trainers in allmost all disciplines today.

Rather than trying to explain it in my own words I searched for a web site that sums it all up.
