I just started again this week. After having lost 42 pounds with Weight Watchers, I gained 30 of them back over the past year and a half. The worst was in Dec/Jan, when I had bunion surgery, sat on the sofa for 6 weeks, and gained 8 pounds. But I'm out of my Aircasts, beginning to work out again, and want to lose 30 pounds.
I've joined this board, a TOPS group, (WW is just too expen$ive for me right now) and have started exercising again. I have a blog here (Less is More) and have set a goal to lose 5 pounds this month. I can do this...I can do this...
I've done it before. I felt so good when I was thinner, and it was so much better for my knees. I sure don't want my new feet to have to haul 30 pounds of flab around! And my sisters, daughter and I are going to Europe in May, so a few less pounds would make that trip more fun, too. I'd like to lose 15 pounds by the time we get on the plane on May 1.
Anyway, Hello!

Sounds like you've set some great (and attainable) goals! Good luck to you! Add me as a friend if you'd like-- the more friends I have the more it motivates me to stay on track it seems. :)
