Broke through my plateau

I see a lot of people on MFP talk about eating good and following the plan and still not being able to loose weight. I have been experienceing my own plateau for a long time now. A friend of mine told me that you can usually change something to kick your body back into loosing weight again. Sometimes it just takes a while to figure out which change will work for you. This week I discovered that adding no food after 7:00p.m. worked for me. Just wanted to share incase it helps someone else who is stuck.
