We went out to a restaurant for a Father's Day breakfast... Sunday is my free day so I can eat whatever and not have to count calories... I could have chosen to order up a fat saturated order of french toast or pancakes... but I actually only wanted to order wheat toast & fresh fruit! :drinker: (Ok I had some strawberry jam on my toast buy it was only 1 piece of bread!)

Maybe this whole "life-style change" actually works?

    Happy Father's Day!

I had a really filling omelette. It makes me feel stuffed!

It's deviously low calorie but can keep me 6 whole hours full and satisfied from the bays of cravings and hunger!

    Ingredients:
    1 Trader Joe's lite string cheese - 60 cals
1 slice turkey deli meat - 25-30 cals
    1/2 egg whites - 65-75 cals
and/or 1 tsp. or seasoning or 2 tbsp. of salsa 0- 15 cals

Instead of using tons of shredded mozarella for a lot of cheesiness, you can just shred a piece of string cheese and place all over your omelette to get that same taste- if not more because it's thicker.
I also shred up the slice of deli meat and place it all around like the cheese to insure full flavor throughout
    the omelette.

Seasoning or salsa just gives it a nice zest. I sprinkle some on after I've cooked the omelette.

It's 24 grams of protein and about 35 calories from fat, with a grand total of 150 to 180 calories!
    Enjoy!
