Ok so I thought when you lose 10lbs mfp asks if you want to lower your calories. Is this not the case? Do you have to lower it yourself?

I could be wrong but I thought when you updated your weight it automatically updated your weight for you in the section where it decided your calories. Mine had my current weight in it not the previous weight.0

I thought the same thing also, but don't remember it asking...0

You can lower it yourself- it usually asks when you hit the next 10lb incriment (like your weight is 150, not you've gone from 159 to149).
I adjust every 5 lbs tho- so you can go into goals and click recommended etc and just save it and it will adjust.0 -
oh ok. So once i go down to likw 170 or 160 and so on? When I went into goals and changed my weight tere it changed my daily calories but not when I went under check iin and recorded my weight this morning0

Mine adjusted automatically when I hit the 10 lb mark.0
