Has anyone done this? If so, how many calories does one burn.. or how can I log it? LOL

    I usually log Level 2 as Circuit Training because she moves you through the poses quickly and it's all body resistance training. Level 1 is obviously slower, so I'd do half Yoga and half Circuit Training. It's pretty accurate according to my HR monitor.
