well it is Feb already and my clothes don't fit ha!

I am trying to lose from 137 to 124. This was my weight up until 2005, and then the pounds just kept creeping on. Love to eat and and not as active, we have all heard this before. I am doing this for my self, my hip and knees and the blood pressure. I have out grown my bloat clothes, time to make the change. I think the calorie counter and diary are great and I can access them from my phone too.
