So glad I found this website. I've tried so many times to lose weight and I did...but then put it all back on. My problem is I keep thinking of it as a diet...something I can stop once I lose the weight. This time and with the help of myfitnesspal I hope to change my way of thinking and learn to keep track of what I eat and learn how to eat the right way for the rest of my life....not just until I lose the weight.
