This is too easy...but it worked!

I don't have much to loose but I've tried many different diets. And they would work...for two weeks. They were always so unreasonable. I just couldn't stay on them long enough to actually loose all the weight. I do love atkins, and I've lost a lot of weight on it, but it's too restrictive and I just can't keep too it.
This is my 1st week on MFP and I was kind of skeptical-way too easy-way too simple. I fully expected to have to change some things because I was sure I'd have gained weight. But there it was. I had put my goal to 1 lb a week-I had "followed the instructions" and, ta-da! I lost my 1 lb.
It was too easy!

There you go. I joined almost 3 weeks ago and before I did my weight was mobile... I have 10 more pounds that I have been holding for awhile and I wanted to do something different so I joined here.. I have lost 1 pound per week and so far so good have 7 more to go and more if needed.. Its really easy to eat 7 times a day for me now. That sounds like alot but you count the protein shakes as one meal the snack in between your meals and its comes up to 7 times. The more you eat the more you metabolism is rushing.. Im here for you if you need any advise or you can give me any.. Have a great weekend..0
